Let's go ahead and start with the food for what I got it was barely OK. It took us 10 minutes after we sat down just to get our... drinks and see our server, Then when she finally did come and take our drinks and took her another 15 minutes to come back andget our order. After finally receiving our order the waitress did ask if there was anything she could get for us I asked her fora bottle of hot sauce it never came, Nor do we see our server again for the rest of our visit until she brought the check. Thenwe still have to wait around for another 10 minutes for her to come and get the check so we could cash out and leave. Not a verygood visit I will not be returning to this location ever again. Ok first of all it's the worst IHOP we've ever been too!service is not good,food is not served fresh,wrong orders,and it's not... even worth it! there's no refills on our drinks and it took like 30 minute's for our food to get to our table,food was overcooked,dry,and stale,and I know it came from a microwave cause we didn't hear no one cooking in the kitchen,or smell anything atall,but this is not the first time but we will never go there again!!!! I wanted to say thank you to Breanna our waitress during this visit. We went in to get our free meals, due to a previous issue... during one of our visits. She could have been rude, as so many waitresses can be when you've had to complain to management abouta problem, but she treated us well and was also friendly. I do have to say the staff have never been rude to us. The previousvisit was the only time an issue wasn't remedied at the time of service. They are really good at taking care of unhappycustomers. Horrible service. Sat there for 30minutes without anyone coming to take our order and when we flagged down the waitress she... came over and was eating her self. And then she sent another waitress to take our order. There's 9 waitresses I've seen and only4 tables of customers... I would understand if they were busy but they weren't. Stood waiting to be seated. Employees just looked at us. Then finally got seated. Coffe was cold. Had to ask for creamer. Had to... ask for something to stir creamer. Then got a different waitress. She was nice. So not her fault that order was wrong. Had toask for silverware. Had to ask for salt and pepper, none on table. Still tipped well, but will NEVER go to that place again!!!! Read more
