Last two times I come thru the drive thru I have had simple orders and people working can't even count items. A little... communication before handing off food from personnel taking order to the person handing off the food. Then want me to drive backup there for missing items after the fact I got home. Gas is to high for me to pay for that mistake. Better custo.er servicewould help when I call back complaining as well would assist. Read more
Got there at 9:53pm and told me they took their last customer for the night. I said it's not even 10pm. They said there are four... people in front of me. You should take orders up until 10pm then turn people away. Most White Castles are open 24 hours, I getit if you are short staffed, but then you should post about that on your drive through menu since most customers are used to a24 hour White Castle. This is very disappointing. This shouldn't have been an issue in the first place in my opinion. Read more
Nearly every table was dirty. Service was very very slow and we were the only ones in there. The order which wasn’t large or... special took a very very long as well and part of it was cold. And prices are significantly up. Just a couple of months ago itwas a great experience. I’m not sure what caused the change but I don’t believe I’ll be back. Read more

My first time trying White Castle! It was the middle of the afternoon, and this place is kinda in the middle of nowhere, so I... had the place to myself. Good, efficient service. Unsweetened iced tea? Awesome! The sliders were good, the onion petals a bittoo greasy for me. Very inexpensive. Read more
