Ordered exactly what?s shown on the sticker, vanilla sc nitro cold brew with coldfoam and cinnamon. Walked in to pick up coffee,... had to ask them to put cold foam on it. The baristas here are always so sweet and kind! Also very fast workers!!! My favorite spot to stop before work ???? As a former... retail provider I wish I could reply to the owner. I know that because every drink is handcrafted there can be some inconsistencies. This is the second time I?ve had an issue with... my drink at this particular Starbucks (Mobile order wise) The first photo is definitely not made correctly, and is more of amelted milkshake consistency & a mocha Frappuccino- not a Java chip with 5 pumps of mocha. I usually order a venti Java chipwith 6 pumps of mocha & 2 shots, occasionally an extra pump of Frappuccino roast. (I know,, ew!) You can tell for yourself whichdrink was made correctly in the second photo. A girl knows her drink by the color. I have had these same issues about 5 times atthe Avon location which is why I came here but it is proving to not be much different. I don?t know who is doing mobile ordersearly in the AM here but they have not been correct and I don?t know if it?s a matter of how it?s getting made, not reading, orboth- but it needs fixed. I am a regular at about 2 or 3 Starbucks locations. My number 1 is Southport and Gray Rd. Those are my peeps. They are the best... there. I e been going there for 4 years now. Everyday sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. But this one they are also amazinghere. This is another great location. Love love love Starbucks. My daughter and I call it... "STARBIES" WE LOVE STARBIES...
