The service here is almost nonexistent. You would think a company that only does drive-thru would have the drive-thru process... down to a science. It's frustrating to go here and every time you wait until the car at the window has picked up their orderbefore you can even place your order. Tonight I paid $4 in cash for an order that was $3.59. I never got my change. When I askthe lady at the window, she just looked at me and said "huh?" 15 minutes for one order was a bit excessive considering therewere only two cars in front of me when I arrived.
