The food was ok but the restaurant was filthy. 90% of the tables were dirty and the staff was standing around talking or on... their phones. The teenagers working in the Plainfied location need to pay more attention to what they are doing. They gave me my order and... forgot part of it. If I hadn't of checked the bag, I would have gotten all the way home without something for my husband to eat.The kids are nice and they apologized, but I think there needs to be an adult supervising them at night. It's ok. It is your basic no-frills sandwich shop. It's a pretty ok place for lunch. You order at the counter and they bring... your food to your table. Nobody asked if everything was satisfactory or offered to refill my drink. Read more

Today was not the first time I visited, and it likely won't be the last. Every time I go though there's issues. My advice is to... double check your order and stay vigilant when they are bagging it up. Today my order was missing an item, the staff was slow,my order sat up on the back counter in a tied bag for about 15 minutes before I finally walked up and noticed it was mine, thenI had to flag someone down to get it for me since it was behind the front counter. Not a great experience and this isn't thefirst bad experience I've had with this location. A pro is it's normally pretty clean. If you don't mind a wait and don't minddouble checking your food it's a fine place to go. Read more

When our food arrived at our table, I did a little happy dance. Everything looked delicious, unfortunately it didn't taste that... way. My sandwich was too dry and in need of more honey mustard. Also it was very large and hard to eat, I would have preferredit to be cut in half. The salad was 'no bueno.' I'm not a fan of spring mix. I mean what's wrong with romaine or regulariceberg? Who decided dandelion greens were better? It's like eating ruffles, it's just fluff. It's definitely in need forsomething more substantial. My daughter did enjoy her sandwich. It was the same as mine, except with cranberry orange sauceinstead of honey mustard. However she described her mac and cheese as 'family reunion out of Crock-Pot' style. My picky eater is thrilled she can get a Kid's meal of mac n cheese with a side of mac n cheese ????! I like that I can get a... fresh salad and my kiddos love the pickles. We don't stop in very often, but we're never disappointed when we do. Read more
