The donuts at Jack?s are as dry and flavorless as clearance rack grocery store donuts. There?s no glaze on them at all, so... you?re left trying to choke down a dry donut with a minimal amount frosting smeared on the top. I?ve tried this place 3 timesnow out of convenience and have been disappointed with the donuts every time. I will make the drive to Rise n Roll from nowon. I placed an online order expecting it to be easier for myself and the employees to just zip through the drive-thru, get myorder, and be on my way rather than ordering 6 different kinds of donuts at the speaker box. After waiting in the drive-thrufor quite awhile (I was the only car), I was told they do not allow online orders to be picked up in the drive-thru and nexttime I would need to come in. It?s such a bizarre policy given that every other restaurant I can think of allows online ordersto be picked up at the drive-thru with no issue (I do not work for a food delivery service- this was a personal order). I willnot return to any Jack?s location and would instead highly recommend a drive to Avon for Rise n Roll instead! Read more

They don?t even let you pick out your own donuts. Even if you only buy one through the drive through. Must come in. No wonder... Dunkin? has a line of 8 cars and this place has no one in drive through or in shop. Lazy staff. longs,Dunkin? or Krispy kremehave better tasting donuts anyways so just don?t waste your time.
