We LOVE Chipotle! As a family of 8, we eat there multiple times a month. The Plainfield, Indiana location is our go-to when we... are out shopping at Metropolis mall. The food is always GREAT. Meats always hot and I don't know who they've got on the grillover there but I have never had a gross fatty piece of meat in my burrito, can't say that for other locations. The restaurantand bathroom always clean. I gave 3 stars for service just because the employees all just seem so young and overwhelmed. NeverRUDE....but not friendly either, just kind of trying to keep up and make it through their shift. To have so many team memberslike this so often....makes me wonder how the management is and if they are cultivating a good, fun, positive work environmentfor them. Extremely slow service. Their food is good, but not worth standing in line for a long time watching employees not interact with... customers. Skip this location unless you have a lot of time to waste. Read more
Standard food as in any other shop of the brand. What surprised me was the general dirty environment. The room was dirty, the... trashcans full, the soda area a total mess, some of the ingredients were missing and in the back, in the kitchen, there werefood spread everywhere. Read more
Worst Chipotle experience of my entire life. The conditions here were completely abysmal. Filthy countertops, painfully slow and... disorganized service, (me and my friends waited 20 minutes in line with only 3 people in front of us) and subpar qualityingredients (the rice in my taco was over cooked hard and crunchy). Overall, the food quality has always been good. However, the service always seems to struggle whether it be understaffed or rude... interactions with staff. Today, I placed a mobile order at around 12:30 pm. The app said it would be ready by 12:40 pm but Ididn't get my order till over 30 minutes later. It also made it extremely difficult to see if my order was ready because theyput the pickup shelf behind the counter instead of in the dining area. Overall, I would tell guests to be warned that mobileorders will probably take longer than actually going inside the store. I saw three waves of guests while I was waiting gettingto get their order first. I immediately regretted making a mobile order. Read more
Good overall, I work close by so I pick up twice a week- sometimes my burrito bowl is super liquid due to someone putting in to... much sofrita protein juice or black bean juice. Good customer service and quick. Read more
This is the worst burrito I ever had in my life it was 45 minutes late and cold as ice. I ordered for pick up and it was not... there so I stood in line for a while seemed like hours and then they told me I had to talk to the lady at the end of the counterAnd then some other guy says well it?s right over there and it wasn?t under my name it was under my phone number and they haveletters not numbers so how was I to know?
