The workers were rude but not to us directly. They were talking really loud about how they shouldn't have to make someone's... double whopper. The tables needed cleaned crumbs everywhere. Fries had way too much peper. Also they gave me a whopper Jrinstead of a royal chispy chicken sandwich. Read more
Food was good. Long wait at the window- no one was there. After a few minutes, a person showed up. Maybe they were short handed,... but the food was not hot and fresh like it was just prepared- normal in these situations. Read more
The food was exactly what you like to get from any Burger King. The problem was how long it took to go through the drive... through line. It literally took just over 30 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out. Way too long if youare running out for a quick lunch break. It was late, so I was grateful they were open at all, but I would not go back if I wasin a time crunch. Taking a star away for that in the hopes that staffing gets increased at some point and things improve. Read more

So this isn?t a negative review of the employees or the food; this is 100% a bad review of the management because these... employees are stressed out of their absolute minds; they have so much work and can?t focus and every time I order something theymistake something or don?t even think the order went through. If any management is actually reading this then this is NOT aboutyour employees this is solely about you because you NEED to hire more people; I understand there is a shortage but offersomething more; take something out of your salary, or do something besides working these poor folks to the mental ward.
