We went after a funeral just to have some fun and keep our minds busy . We were treated poorly the entire time? Each time I... asked a question I got looked at as if I wasn?t able to speak to the employee . She was very short and rude .. our ball gotstuck PLENTY of times there was no type of apology for it .. My aunt paid for my nephew to bowl .. apparently it was for 1 game? But we all had two .. My nephew stayed on one lane the ENTIRE time .. so two games go by for his lane .. but for our lane wekept going of course . Mid game we had so many issues that I feel were intention and then in the 8th frame we were stopped . Shecouldn?t tell our reasoning for stopping ???? First it was you only paid for one game and if we did I understand but why didn?tyou stop one lane after one game? Then it was someone switched from one lane to another ? LIKE THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE? itwas a HORRIBLE experience especially with us being from out of town and coming from a funeral to be treated POORLY . Just sad . Read more
Our daughter celebrated her friends party this past weekend at Plainfield Lanes and we had so much fun! My husband and I speak... highly of how well managed and efficient the party was. We chose to celebrate her birthday here when she attended her friendsback in May. Having such a great experience we couldn?t wait for her to have the same for her special day. The team did notdisappoint for ours either! They kept everything flowing nicely and engaged all the kids so well. Jarrett and Karrigan were ourparty hosts and Kaitlin helped in and out as well they all did such a fabulous job!! From how they greeted our daughter at thedoor to the very end. We can?t sing enough praises. It was refreshing to have a birthday party just as I did as a kid in the80?s and to have just as much fun. Thank you very much Plainfield Lanes!! Read more
Great personnel and great pizza! Brought my grandkids and some of their friends. Between the bowling the food and arcade they... all had a great time ! They even provided us with additional comps for free bowling to get us to come back again... We will !! Read more
I feel it is really fun to visit with friends and family. They only accept card, which is not ideal if you are a cash person... like me. The arcade is full of fun games. With a fun laser room. Bowling definitely stole the game. 8/10 would visit. Read more
