First time visiting this location of Chili's. We all ordered Fajitas, Southwestern Eggrolls and wings. I had shrimp and steak... Fajita like I always do and it was delicious. Eggrolls are their best appetizer and I can eat them all the time really. Read more
I'm definitely recommend here come and get the chips and salsa. I definitely do not recommend getting the mozzarella fake cheese... sticks, they were not very tasty they were not very good. I would recommend getting the steak fajitas, just make sure if you getthe corn tortillas they do not give you broken ones because you can not eat the fajitas with broken tortillas. I also orderedthe chicken fajitas which are really good and grabbed flour tortillas on that one and surprise they were not broken. Bothsuffocated dinners were well prepared and very tasteful. There was only one server, who had been there all day. I dined by myself, which some know it's not always comforting by... yourself. I ordered appetizers, and I guess she thought that was all I would order. Never asked if I wanted a main course.Sitting there waiting on a check seemed like forever. We typically order from this chilis once a week and although the service is pretty good and our order is always out on time,... they forget our order of fries every single time. Of course it?s not a huge deal as it?s just a side of fries, but it?s the factthat this happens constantly. Other than that I am usually very happy with the rest of my order, just wish the would pay moreattention when checking the to-go orders as I have had to speak to management about this previously. This was the nastiest chili?s I?ve ever been to, from where I was seated by the bar I can easily see that no cooks where?s... gloves, they use the same dirt towel to wipe literally everything, they never wash their hands when handling food it?s so gross,you might wanna pick a good seat to see if the cooks are not wearing gloves because they were not both times I visited and itwill be the last the manager Jeff told me numerous times that my food was on the way, then next thing you notice , it takes30min for a medium steak Read more
Today was an epic fail. I did curbside pick up and had to wait an hour for food that was not cooked properly and was cold. The... kid taking out everyone?s food was kind and pleasant but when they tried to send me on my way with only half my order managementfailed. Instead of addressing the issue with me they put it on this very young kid who was in no position to help me. They didtry to substitute the missing item with something else and I declined it because it wasn?t something I liked. Then they stillended up giving me the item I said no to.
