The cashier was rude and we was not able to understand her. The food was old and cold. The trays were greasy. There appeared to... be only two employees working at 12:30pm. Two more employees came in after 1:00pm. This was the most disappointing lunch that Itook my clients to. Read more

This is the worst place I have ever stopped to get some food. I waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order then this person... walks away to take an order from the drive-thru. She then comes back and starts taking somebody else order and realized that Ihad not paid so she asks if I paid and I said no because she walked away from me when I was ready to pay. So I asked how long itwould take to get my food. She then had an attitude with me and said if I did not want it to just leave. So I left without anyfood. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! Read more

I left a bad review after an incident a few weeks ago. I was unable to edit the review, but want to let people know that the... manager, Margarita, did reach out and made things right. She manages multiple locations that are great, and has had a tough timewith the quality of help she gets at this location. She took responsibility and is working to make this location better. Stay away i just order a frozen coke and a double cheese burger. The burger was cold bread was hard and cheese was not melted... and the coke was flat i tried to call the and no answer. This wasn't my only bad experience stay away i will not give thenanother try. Read more

This store is constantly closed. I've ordered through the app around 8pm. It takes me about 20 to 25 minutes to get there and... come to find out they've closed again. There isn't anything posted on the app that hours have changed. I'm mean really, if thisBurger King can't afford to stay open as per the store hours then just do the community a favor and just close permanently. Read more

Meh. I hadn't had Burger King in a while, so I was a little excited for the taste of Burger King again. And the new menu items... looked interesting. The burger I received was smaller and less EVERYTHING than advertised. And the fries are so unsatisfyingnow. No other flavor there than, ?Is potato.? All in all, it didn't even satisfy a craving for Burger King. Read more

Have gone there multiple days/nights in a row only for them to have the open sign on, and not be working around 7pm to 11pm... prominently but also not serving customers around 3pm to 6pm too. They seem to feel more obligated to serve customers before7pm. Fire the lazy ignorant staff, and hire on people who are actually trying to earn their keep instead of freeload. Read more

We were just there at 10:30 and they close at 11. A very rude employee came window and SNAPPED at us and said ?nope we are... closed.? We asked for her name and store number and she slammed the window and left. We went to the front to take a picture ofthe store hours. The employee came out with her personal cell phone and started recording us, took a picture of our licenseplate and then appeared to be calling the police. So she could be posting a picture of us on social media or a picture of ourlicense plate on social media. This was beyond awful. We will NEVER go back here again after that disgusting treatment becausethey chose to close early. Read more
