First time trying this place tonight. I never ate at the old location. So only went off of reviews, which are very mixed. Not... super impressed with this place to be honest. Not a lot of decor but Our waitress Beth was very nice and helpful. The Caesarsalad greens were not very fresh and the dressing was very sparse and tasteless. The spring salad my husband had was a littlebetter, but the ranch was a little too thin. He said his fried oysters were pretty good, a good portion along with sweet potatofries and slaw. I don?t care for oysters so I didn?t try them. I had the chicken scampi, the angel hair scampi part was verytasty, but the grilled chicken strips on top were dry and pretty much tasteless. The bread they serve is great but the buttercomes straight out of the refrigerate. Such a limited menu and I think a little overpriced. I know it?s only been a few weekssince Hurricane Ian so we may try them again. But may order off the bar menu next time. Read more
We had a delicious and delightful dinner at Placida Grill last night. Our waitress Annie made for our wonderful experience with... her wit and excellent service. Our seafood was perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned. I had a margarita that was great also! It's a bit pricey but find that you get what you pay for! We will definitely be back. Read more

Recently opened at this new location. Our neighborhood has been Blessed by Scott and his wife for bringing a world class venue... practically to our doorstep. We chose to sit in the 'bar' area, it is more like a fine bistro environment. We found it socialand warm even though we knew nobody present. The service interactions were professionally polished, engaging and helpful withoutbeing intrusive- Lainy in particular was 'perfect' in her presentation and responses. The Menu as afore mentioned was WorldClass. Food flare that will entice your group to discuss the next visit to try something new just to get around to what youdecide for tonight! One thing that deserves exceptional note... The tap systems' selections are by Scott and he has carefullymade craft beers his customer offering. He has DRAGONS MILK on tap! This is a delicious 'dessert' nitro-brew and I have onlyfound it on tap in Nevada prior to this. For myself this is proof of Scotts dedication to bringing perfected offerings to thetable he has set for his patrons. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for one of the finest dining experiences to be had or if you just want tovisit in the good company of friends you haven't met yet. I will have more to say in time. ENJOY!!!
