I had a great 1st experience here and decided that this location would be my go to because it's close to me. BUT every time... since it has been horrible to say the least. They never make what I order correctly and it's super simple. It's directly off themenu with no changes. It has just turned in to a headache with a lot of frustration. I gave up on them and hope they are able toaquire employees with better customer service and less attitude. I'm not the one who made the incorrect product. Starbucks is usually the go-to place for breakfast needs. The coffee is exceptional, ordering ahead seems to be a better way to... go. Prepare for long longs early in the day, but also great coffee and worth the time you waited. Read more

Very nice person took my order and offered to do a pour-over of the coffee I wanted. Good so far. However, at that point things... went south. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that is to be heated. It took 27 minutes. At 15 minutes of waiting I asked aboutmy sandwich and the manager said she was sorry and would get it out right away. 12 more minutes of waiting while I watchedprobably 1-2 dozen cars go through the drive-thru, all getting their food before mine. I?ve come to this location consistently for years because it?s convenient. It has gone wayyy down hill. My espresso is ALWAYS... burnt, I?d say 1 out of 15 drinks is drinkable. Hot drinks are usually only 3/4 of the way full and I?m not one to ask to have adrink remade and I?m typically going through the drive thru and it?s not worth the time and effort. If I don?t get a ?coffee?drink, I get a refresher with lemonade even that doesn?t taste right the majority of the time because I think they make it withwater first then notice it?s suppose to be lemonade and splash some on top. I will say the staff is always friendly and I?venever had a bad experience with them. While this store is convenient, I?ve started going to the Broadway location (which is notconvenient and takes an extra 10-15 mins one way) and I?ve never had burnt expresso and my refreshers are always made withlemonade. Asked for Two grill cheese and the tall guy put them in the oven on the wrong setting and made them completely not even edible ... the outside was cooked but not the inside you guys really need to teach your employees to slow down and do the things the rightway because now I?m out of time on my lunch so I don?t get to eat today and wasted 20$ thanks Starbucks 1:43pm 10/27/2022 Read more

Mostly I had a major craving for a lemon bar , I guess Starbucks here no longer carries them . I used to get mine in Chico they... were great. I was bummed out an longer wanted my tall blended coffee . Please bring back your Lemon Bars they were made fromMeyers Lemons !!! I'm sure everyone would love them. !! My card has been double charged here about 4 different occasions now. I've never experienced a place making that mistake so many... times in a row. I've learned my lesson and I won't be going back to this starbucks location to get robbed again Read more

Always over prioritizing the drive thru over walk in.. I hate Starbucks coffee.. no location makes a flat white correctly. No... one in line 3 people seated and it took 12 minutes to get a flat white poorly made? I will find a new place for coffee where thebarista isn?t repeating sorry about the wait. Read more
