Love the fresh ingredients, taste is good but not the best I've had. Reasonawhy I'm removing two stars: We spent over $100 for 3... L pizzas, garlic knotts, and lasagna to go. We were told it'll be approximately 25-40 mins. We arrived 30 mins later & thepizzas were no longer hot like usual. They may have been sitting for a good 10-15 minutes. The place was dead, if they had noorders to do they should've told us the order would be out right away. But the main issue is that we asked for 6 ranch(we eatranch with everything) and crushed pepper/cheese packets to only receive 4 ranch, 5chz pckts and 5 peppers pkts for 6 ppl,ridiculous. We also did not get utensils for the lasagna. We went to the park to eat our food and couldn't enjoy the lasagna, wehad our mom "cut" it with her own finger. Not so lovely looking trying to inhale a glob of mush. The staff should be moremindful of what the order is and include what is needed, what we asked was not unreasonable. My brother has had the same issuewith the rancb before and for this I personally will not be coming back to treat my family. First time going, everything was really good, the garlic bread knots were the bomb!
I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up they said it would be 3 minutes more. After about 10 minutes they told me... they had lost my pizza... gave it to someone else maybe? They were very busy. But Janette at the counter was a pro, apologizedand immediately told me she would be comping the pizza. When I asked how much longer it would take to make a new one, she toldme they would deliver it! Very nice since I didn't really want to wait there any longer. It was delivered in a timely manner andwe enjoyed it. Garlic knots were burned in spots but they are yummy dipped in ranch. The food was a 3 to me but I'm givingthem a 4 overall for their customer service. They do have outdoor tent dining available also. Read more
AMAZING! My family and I decided to stop at Gina Maria's for lunch today, and we had a great experience. We sat outside on their... patio and ordered pizza, pasta, salad, and we were surprised with COMPLIMENTARY garlic knots on the house! Our server (I didn'tcatch her name) was on top of everything with our refills and needs. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the whole meatlovers pizza I ordered, but I got a picture of the leftovers! Delicous pizza and I highly recommend Gina Maria's Pizzeria if youlive nearby. Wow. Incredible experience. Besides the delicious made from scratch dough and fresh ingredients, the service from new owners... Robert and Erica was nothing short of exceptional. This local pizza joint has been the fabric of Placentia for 30 years! I wasvery impressed by the new owners and their level of service and genuine care for the product and service they deliver. If yourlast experience here was sub par you will be letting yourself down if you don’t give them another chance to prove to you theirexceptional recipes. They have even partnered with local breweries to offer an exquisite IPA. The men’s restroom was veryclean during my visit which should be a reflection of how clean their kitchen is as well. A much deserved 5 star review from alocal guide on Google who is passionate about providing accurate reviews to support good business and small businesses thatdeserve it. Read more
The food here is outstanding. It's definitely a pizza place, but their meatball sub is a must try. I haven't tried their pastas... yet, but rumour has it their lasagna is legendary. If it's anything like the rest of their menu, I wouldn't doubt it. Read more
