It was my birthday today I went to get an ice cream and they denied me my ice cream because they said my ID was... expired. Seriously though??? I walk in and it?s probably five minutes past closing they said that they were closed and I asked said can I please get just one... scoop of ice cream so they kindly allowed it and throughout the process everybody in there was very kind with a smile I did notfeel like I was there last customer and they were wanting to go home I felt like I could?ve been the first customer of the dayso very welcomed. Extremely unprofessional. Not on the end of the workers, but the management! Manager came in cursing and yelling at the poor... guy, who seems to be a teenager. The store is critically understaffed. Only two people working the night shift, in spite of aline outside of the store. Having worked at a fast food chain 15 years back, I empathize with the worker. I will no longer cometo this location because the workers are mistreated. Read more
