Worst service I've ever had at an Italian restaurant in my life. It's like the waitstaff had received no training whatsoever. We... each ordered a glass of wine with our appetizers, and at no point in the evening did anyone ask us if we'd like another glass.Even worse, although we saw the server on the other side of the dining room refill water glasses in his section regularly, nobody ever came to refill our water or even check to see if our glasses were empty, which they were for most of the meal. I hadlinguini with white clam sauce, which is not a thick sauce, but for some reason it was served in a flat plate, and when thebusser came to take our plates away, she spilled the sauce all over the tablecloth and then proceeded just to leave it there. She didn't apologize, she didn't bring us a fresh tablecloth, she didn't even cover it with a cloth napkin or something. Whenthe waiter came back with our dessert menus, he looked right at it and proceeded to act like it wasn't even there. This thingwas more than a foot across, right in the middle of the table, with pasta and little chunks of garlic in it, and since he didn'tfeel like doing anything about it, he acted like it wasn't even there. In other Italian restaurants in this price range, waterglasses are kept full, drink orders are attended to, and if so much as a breadcrumb soils the tablecloth, and not evenbreadcrumbs are left to soil the tablecloth between courses. There's more, but I'd be here typing all night. This isn't a matterof the restaurant being short staffed. They had adequate staff for the size of the dining room. The problem was staff with noprofessionalism, no training, and no basic common sense. We will not be coming back. Read more

This a product of a frustrated owner. Server could best be described as Houdini without the part where he returns Beware when... they give you a Bowie knife to attempt to cut your veal. The only hi light was the mixologist behind the bar. Stay away all goodreviews in the past.Time to reevaluate . Travesty calling this in any way Italian Cuisine Read more

Was hoping for more for the price. Split a nice ravioli as a starter and bread was very good. But the main courses? salmon was... over cooked and flavour overpowered by sauce, and a pork tenderloin with mozzarella was very bland. Side vegetables were Limabeans in red sauce and sautéed Swiss chard. With drinks the meals was $125 for 2. Nice atmosphere and service was okay. Read more

It was OK. Food was quite good, but staff was not. The hostess was not welcoming at all, really not. Despite our being only... 1 of 2 tables occupied in the main dining room, it seemed difficult for them to assign us a server. Seemingly Chris drew theshort straw and dispite our impression that he was a busser, he suddenly got promoted to our server. Chris was great andrecommended the Salmon (his Mom's favorite)... it was really good. My wife had a chicken dish that she loved. So despite thegood food and a great job by Chris, my experience was really ruined by three things: 1) The hostess 2) The mysterious serversituation... still don't understand why Chris introduced himself as our bus boy and then became our server... No, it was notabout short staff. 3) I forgot to mention. It took the 3 attempts to provide a clean water glass (one without lipstick). Really folks, in these times, with COVID running rampant, you need to take time to clean between guests. We eat out a lot...nearly all my reviews are positive and frankly this review is not bad at all. I belive that feedback is a gift. If the ownersreally want to improve this restaurant, it would only take a minor tweak, the food is good. Read more

Our food was completely delicious and the environment was so romantic. Our server Christopher was extremely charismatic and... eager to ensure that we had the best meal possible. He even sent us home with extra bread. Thank you so much for making our mealgreat! We look forward to coming back. Read more
