Reviews for Tito's in Pittsfield, MA
I've had some great meals Here! The drinks are spot on! My last meal there, not so much... My order was lost in translation... (even the waitress was dumbfounded). But, all the employees are really great. Would be unfair to give them a low score (due toone time). Many blessings ???? Read more
Loved this Mexican place over our maiden visit for lunch in a Sunday. Huge interior. Our grotto was seated in an elaborately... prepared group ?high table?. All wood and glass interiors wherever you look. Great margaritas. Crisp and warm nachos, with afresh and mildly spicy salsa. Loved the parrilada fajita. Equally good were the seafood fajitas and Mexican quesadillas. Read more
Would not recommend. The service and food were terrible. We were seated near sick coughing children and our server took 30 mins... to come take our order. We had to keep tracking down people to help us as well. The chips we recieved were stale, my food wasbland and the best thing was the kids cheese quesadillas. They messed up the order and made one meal so spicy it could not beeaten. Only positive was that the drinks were good and strong. Read more

One of the worst Mexican meals I've ever had. Soggy chalupa. The bean burrito is literally just refried beans in a tortilla,... smothered in what seemed to be Prego spaghetti sauce. And the cheese quesadilla seemed to be made with white American cheese. The white sangria was good, the chips and salsa were very tasty. Read more
When this first opened, it was our favorite restaurant in the area. Since the pandemic hit, we've mostly ordered take-out. ... They must've changed owners or managers or something because their food has become very disappointing. When we order take-out,we don't bother to open the meal to check before leaving. We want it to remain as hot as possible (plus, it's just messy). Thelast three meals we were immensely disappointed when we got home and saw what was supposed to be what we ordered. The rice isbland, with no effort to add spices to make it special. Same goes for every other dish. It's like they open up a Walmart canof refried beans and spoon it out with a sprinkle of cheese on top, for example. Add SOMETHING to add some flavor. Do theystill have chefs or have they shifted to fast-food mode? I travel a lot for work. At every place I visit, I ALWAYS eat at aMexican restaurant. At a few cities, I could review and compare and contrast the 6-10 restaurants. I just love Mexicanfood. This restaurant has fallen into the same trap that so many of the less-quality Mexican restaurants do; there is nopassion, no interest in making their meals anything special. They taste the same across the board. I usually try them once andthen never return. Unfortunately, the Berkshires has a very limited selection when it comes to restaurants, so I gave thisplace more than one chance. Worse, the serving sizes - at least on the take-out dishes - is borderline insulting. When I craveMexican, I'm usually in "pig-out" mode - I so much look forward to a hearty meal. The last three times from Tito's, I was soexcited to get my bag of food but when I opened the container it was like a McDonald's pimply 15-year-old threw the mealtogether with the least caring and effort, with that Subway manager standing over their shoulder demanding that they add "onlytwo thin slices of cheese, no more!" Bottom line: - Meals are bland, no passion, no interest in putting in the ef Read more
