Always great food and really friendly service.
Wow... First time going here. From out of town. I went to go pick up the food and found the atmosphere to be really nice until I... started to pay attention. I was told to go to the bar for my pickup order. 3 girls were behind the bar on their phones anddidn't notice me standing there for a solid 2 minutes. When one finally did, she said "don't mind me, just checking out theAmazon Prime deals" then ran off to pack up my order. While I waited, I watched the rest of the very young staff all standaround, take selfies with eachother and gossip. There was one girl behind the bar that rang me up and made a comment about hownobody else apparently wanted to do any work. As I'm still waiting for my order, 2 patrons sit at the bar and order a beer. Thebar tender didnt know the selection on tap and when she went to pour one into a glass, so much foam came out and had to getpoured down the drain.. she then wiped down the side of the glass with her bare hand and gave it to the customer without themnoticing. Thankfully my food came out shortly thereafter. I didnt have high hopes on the food of based on what I had alreadyseen but my whole family really enjoyed the food. If I was a local, I would never eat here in person because I feel like I'dhave a terrible time. Get the staff in line and maybe you'd have an all around great restaurant because right now it'sembarassing. Read more
The worse pizza i ever ate . Who ever gave these people a high review clearly never ate real pizza fron Pizza Regina in the Nort... End Boston . The pizza crust was hard as a rock . The dough was old . The sauce was acidity. I woulldnt give it a star period.I spent $22 dollars for garbage . I gave waitress $8 dollar tip as its not her fault . Just horrible . Read more
We live in New York. When we discovered Teddy's a while back we were thrilled. A hidden gem! Their tuna subs are excellent-our... son says the best he's ever had! Every time we're in Mass we stop at TEDDY'S. And the owners are so friendly. Read more
No frills, but if you want good pizza and gyros in a friendly atmosphere, Teddy's is a good bet. Insider tip: try the onion... rings. Nice and crunchy. They go down nice with a Yuengling. Read more
The staff is the cherry on the top of this great restaurant. I haven't had a pizza in years so I can't comment. I love the... sandwiches, salads and the gyros are great. Just the right place to stop in with friends, grab a table and enjoy the funatmosphere. You will leave feeling good about life. A gem in Pittsfield. Read more
I love this place. The subs are great, pizza is outstanding. An the staff is awesome. Best little mom and pop shop around!
Food was ok but around lunch time the place floods with kids from a nearby school and it gets noisy.
