They never get your order right? I have had to call them twice in two weeks due to the sandwich is not being right. The... employees don?t care to hear what you have to say and neither does the manager. Do not go there unless you want your ordermessed up and nothing to be done about it. Read more

Ordered the breakfast combo which is 5.49 was charged 8.06 after having double checked the price which the clerk , then when she... brings me my receipt I see the difference , then she tells me they can't fix it and says she can't do a refund and she has tocall her manager and she has to come do it. Come to find out the manager is in the back room hiding and didn't want to comedeal with it. Absolutely unacceptable. Then when I told her I don't want the food I want my money back and I'm making acomplaint to corporate the manager magically appears from around the corner and does the refund and walks off. Obviously youremployees and managers don't care about honesty , customer service or even selling food. What are they there for? Read more

I wouldn't even give these guys a whole star...my husband and I eat here frequently ,as we have a long commute. More often than... not recently, we have been very disappointed. But tonight was a whole other level. First, I ordered on line, plenty ahead oftime. When we arrived to pick up our order, not only was it not ready. But there was one employee, who was new, and her trainerdidn't bother to show up or call. She looked very frazzled, and on the verge of tears. She was completely swamped. My hubbywas understanding, and said he'd return. In about 40 min, he went back. Our food, (2 salads) had not even been started. Andwhen we did get the food , mine was chopped so fine, it looked like puke, and didn't have half the ingredients on it that wassupposed to be there. My salad was supposed to come with fresh mozzarella, bacon, and avacado. Which is the entire reason Iordered that particular salad. My husband's food was also sub par. This is becoming more and more frequent, and over $20 for 2salads that weren'teven what they should have been..There is zero management, and they are always running out of ingredients..Iknow this is a small town, but I think we can all do better. Management doesn't care, and the employees clearly don't care aboutthe quality of food, or the customer service. no, I'm so done with them. Read more

The sandwiches were mostly bread and the bread is very overbooked and small/ thin. My sandwich looked nothing like they... advertise. To top it off the staff was very rude by paying more attention to each other than to me or my sandwich. It kind ofshocked me cause upper management was also in the store having a staff meeting. Im pretty sure they were whitnessing the samelack of service. Read more

I am absolutely appalled and dumbfounded at customer service this evening. Drive through closes at 8 p.m. It's 7:49 when I pull... up to the drive through. Nobody is in the store but the lights are still on. I see two employees eating at a table. I am toldthe drive through is closed for the evening. It's now 7:50 after a two minute wait for someone to say something. I am told thatI can come into the store but I don't have a mask to enter your Subway. Henceforth, the drive through. DUH! So, now I am toldthat the drive through closes at 7 when the sign clearly says 8. There were only two employees but get this, no other customersand the open sign and lights are still on. Why could they not take my order through the drive through but could gladly comeinside and order? Derelict duties at Pittsfield Subway. Read more
