They gave us the wrong type of sandwich even after the chicken parm was displayed on the drive thru kiosk. My ice tea was almost... clear. The fries were packed nice and full in the holder at least. Read more

This Wendy's is ok in a pinch. But honestly it's very ghetto, they only take like 1 order at a time, half the time my order is... wrong or missing atleast 2 items, and not very many people speak to you when pulling up to the drive through windows. And a lotof times food is room temp. Or cold. Read more

Talaja not sure of spelling was there at front counter at 7pm. She was very nice and helpful and made sure we got our extra... sauce. She even brought them to us which was very nice of her. Nice seeing her smiling face. We dined in and had a awesomeexperience tonight. Read more

Very time consuming at thos location always!! You have to wait between 6 to 13 minutes thru each person ordering in this drive... thru! The staff at this one is not too bad alot of young employees who are very lax and what seems to be lazy. The food isalmost never ever hot here if your lucky its almost warm and to get a frosty here is like pulling teeth. I waited thru the drivethru here once for 41 minutes for just a frosty and to my extreme disappointment I get up to order and they say the frostymachiene is broken, I mean is it ever working and a great idea would be to have a HUGE NEON SIGN IN EVERY LOCATION SAYINGFROSTY MACHIENE IS OUT OF ORDER so you dint have to wait in that ridiculous line that makes you wanna scream when you have tosit thru it!!!! I mean come on WENDYS is a Multi Billion Dollar Franchise.....BUY SOME DAMN FRITY MACHIENES THAT WORK or somestaff who knows how to clean then and operate them properly. Read more

Avoid if you can--consistently cold food & a seemingly permanent wrap-around line of cars in the drive-thru. They're... understaffed just like everyone else, & corporate doesn't pay their employees jack s&!%, so take it easy on the workers & gosomewhere else. Read more

I had a solid experience this time when my family and I grabbed Wendy's for dinner after our movie outing. They got our order... right and the food was good as well. That's all anyone wants when they spend 30 us dollars on food. Get the order right and forit to taste good. Nice job Wendy's. Read more

Dine-in is closed,I ordered curbside pickup. Order was placed at 6:50pm through app. No response whatsoever for 20 mins, 30... mins. I just sat outside in my car wondering what's going on. There was no way to contact the store. All gates locked, assomeone walked out, I got inside. And it just got worse. I had to shout and ask for someone to come and help me. By this time itwas already 8pm. They said we are closed. I said I have a pick up order, more than an hour ago. They realized it had beensitting in a corner, and chuckled. Their audacity ????. Nobody cared. They filled in fries at the moment and started filling incoke. Although, I didn't say coke, it was iced tea. She didn't even care what the order was! After significant wasting of time,I walked out with my cold burger and huge disappointment. Very bad experience. Not sure if the staff is particularly recklesshere or is it the same with Wendy's everywhere. Don't care though, because I won't be giving it a second chance I guess. Read more

Fries aren?t crispy, and the nuggets are small and aren?t crispy, neither, but the seasoning flavor is okay. The floor in the... lobby feels oily and can be little slippery, and the store manager should be aware. Besides, the guy who works at the fryerstation sneaks out a nugget and puts in his mouth under the mask... ???? The cashier is friendly and works fast. ???? Read more
