Usually Dave's single is a great sandwich. I decided to buy Dave's double. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant eating experience... i don't want to be negative just telling the truth. Didn't taste anywhere like a Dave's single. In fact I bought 2 Dave'sdoubles the sandwiches were very dry, no taste, bun fell apart. Staff here is always friendly! Given how busy they get even late at night, they'd be forgiven for seeming cranky, but that's... never the case. Preferable to other fast food spots if that's what you're in the mood for. And the Frosty machine at thislocation seems to work more consistently/for later hours. Read more
I had a DoorDash pickup tonight at this Wendy?s and I was denied service. The lady said the store was closed because of ?short... staff? she then proceeded to serve the people in front of me. Then I over heard her saying if they want their order they shouldclock in and make it. Drove by 20 minutes later for another order and it was open and serving people and that person had clockedout already. Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been too. They service is awful. Always slow, employees are very rude. They do not careabout work, customers or the company. A whole realignment of staff is what is needed for this Wendy?s. Read more
My order was 95%wrong. I was home when I open the bag. The fries were great, but I ordered ketchup and pickle on my... cheeseburger... got mayo and no cheese. My husband ordered the pretzel bun special, only got the burger cheese... no crispyonions and the rest. Have never gotten it so wrong at this location. Read more
Although I always enjoy Wendy's spicy chicken (when I finally get it in my correct order).. But for some reason, ordering... through the mobile app or drive through in Pittsburgh is such a VERY disappointing experience.. it's actually as if they'd takeyou for granted or if there aren't any other fast food restaurants. Such a shame for a corporate to not check on a VERY poorlytrained employees who are mostly inexperienced kids. Read more
Unprofessional staff. Seeing them drinks and touching their mouths with gloves on then going to make food with out changing... gloves.. garbage over flowing in the dining room. We've had several experiences of French fries that were not fresh hot and crisp. Orders were filled incorrectly. And somehow,... sometimes, our Jr Frosties were teeny-tiny sample sizes instead of an actual Jr Frosty size. Oh and most of the time they forgetspoons, napkins, straws, and the receipt... I understand though that the they are shorthanded on staff, so that might be theissue. Read more
Wish I was able to rate a little higher considering that I used to work here but the 2 stars are for the only 2 people in... uniform and knew what they were doing. Everyone else was running around confused. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. So gladI don't work there anymore Read more
