I ordered delivery through the subway app for 2 footlong subs and one 6in melt. When the order arrived the 6in melt was not in... the bag. The delivery driver had already left. I called the store to request a refund for the missing item. The woman I spoke towas beyond rude and unhelpful. She refused to provide a refund and accused the delivery driver of taking it, and said I have tocall doordash. I did not order from doordash, I don't have an account with them. I have zero interest in calling a random 3rdparty service that I didn't have anything to do with. I ordered from the subway app. This should not be my problem to chasedown. It's frustrating enough that my kids dinner is missing without dealing with the rudeness and nastiness of this person. Shetold me to call the manager tomorrow, so I asked for her name so I could let the manager know that I had already spoken to herabout this. She refused to give it and then hung up on me. If your company has issues with drivers stealing you'd think the lastthing you'd want is employees who refuse to help when it happens. What a ridiculous situation. The whole point of your store isquick easy food. This experience was the absolute opposite. There is no reason I should be charged for food I didn't receive.And I certainly don't feel like waiting on hold for an hour with some other company (that again, I had absolutely nothing to dowith) for a 6 dollar refund. This is the worst subway in the county. Half the time I go in there they are out of things like ham. Lots of luck getting... something for lent there. The last time I was there was during the pandemic. The staff were not wearing masks. A masklesscustomer was coughing on the sandwich counter. I left and never returned. I complained on the phone to the manager. Heclaimed Corona virus was not real. I called subway hq in Connecticut. They claimed they were not in charge of the restaurantand there wag nothing they could do The place is usually dirty. The ladies working here are great! They did tell a customer that came in without a mask that he needed to wear one before they... could take his order. He responds with, "I can't wear a mask". The lady proceeds to tell him that she isn't allowed to wait onany customers not wearing a mask. She suggests he order online and pick up or have it delivered. He orders his sandwich andleaves. I'm not sure that it was handled properly, but what if this guy was sick? Read more

I don't usually have an issue here but super disappointed how online orders are being handled during the pandemic. My order was... said to be ready at 5:50 and my fiance was there to pick up on time, but didn't get it until 6:20. Great place otherwise. Read more

It would havegotten 4 stars if the whole company would consider vegetarians. We only receive 4 half slices ofcheese and have to... hefty for extra ????. The meat eaters get the same amount of cheese but they get lots of meat as well. Shame on you Subway allof the franchises. Read more
