The guy at the counter today had a bad attitude from the time I walked in. I felt like a bother by just walking in. Not even a... ?hello?. He also messed up my order (no biggie). When I realized he messed up my order I was already gone. So I called to makesure I could come back and I told him I received the wrong cookies, he told me that that?s what I asked for lol. Thankfully Iwas able to just come back and get what I actually asked for. Poor service overpriced and even worse food (all subways, not justthis one), other than the cheesecake cookies of course haha. Read more

Management is a joke. Employees DONT know how to properly ask sandwhiches. manager is defensive when complaint arrive. Would not... recommend this particular location. The online hours for Saturday say 6pm. The piece of paper at the door scratched out the 6 and put a 5. I got there at 4:35pm and... the door was already locked. The employee was behind the counter, looked at me and walked to the back. Came back out andimmediately returned the back. Definitely not returning to this location again. Read more
If I could give this place no stars I would. The store closes at 10 PM. I walk in and the young lady, who was standing around... talking to her "boyfriend" looked at me and rolled her eyes. Granted it was 10 minutes to 10 and I did ask if there were openand she said yes, as she rolled her eyes. I proceed to place my order and she wants to talk over me and then begins giggling. Iask her what the problem was. She said nothing, as she continues to laugh and look at her "boyfriend". So I say, "No, pleasewhat is the problem?". She states nothing and keeps laughing and making eye contact with the "boyfriend". By this point I'm justfrustrated at the level of customer service and rudeness, I tell her to forget it and walk out.
