Placed a noble pickup order and paid for sliced avocado on my sub, when I returned home there was no avocado on my sub, when I... went to look at the app it said that they were out of avocado yet no one cared to tell me when I went to pick it up. I thendiscovered they put guacamole on my sub instead, which would?ve been perfectly fine if they actually put enough for me to tasteit. Very disappointed. If your customers are paying extra for something, make sure they know if that item isn?t available whenthey arrive! Read more
This subway is the best! The staff are extremely friendly and very efficient. I usually order on the app and my food is always... ready before I even arrive at the store. The line gets fairly long around lunch time because it is in U Pitt, but I still thinkthis is the best Subway in Pittsburgh. I usually walk out of my way to go to this store.
