I went in to get a sub a few weeks ago. The manager was very rude and unfriendly. He also spoke to his employee grace in a... demeaning way. It's sad because she is so polite to the customers. She never defends herself she just takes the humiliationand continues to be pleasent to the customer she is serving. Its quite remarkable!! My initial thought was that he was justhaving a bad day. Although when you run a business, you should always be polite to the customers unless they give you alegitimate reason not to be... i know everyone has a bad day here and there.
