I have never been treated so dismissively in my life. The guy was rude, dismissive, not kind and disrespectful. I was made to... feel like my business was not welcomed because I asked if they participated in the promo for a buy one get one half off. Hekept rudely telling me to open my app. Then I asked if I would receive my subway points. He kept rudely telling me to open theapp. This wasn?t my question. I never got ab answer to my question. When I wanted to confirm the price he was rude and told methat he ?would be sure to give me a receipt.? I will never go to this subway again and I will make sure that others know aboutthis treatment especially when it costs 19.51 for two sandwiches. Read more
Workers are constantly rude and I have found hair in my food multiple times. 0/10 do not recommend
Absolutely garbage. It is very obvious why the older woman who makes the sandwiches can?t get a better job. She hardly has the... intelligence to put together a Sub. The real icing on the cake was when she wrapped the sandwich and made sure to put a niceindent with all eight of her finger tips, enough so to puncture the bread. What a repulsive experience. Good quick lunch spot...but place is very small for having lunch there..good for picking up..This location is understaffed with... only one lady working most of times..Once she was cleaning the floor then came and served food to me..not cleaning the hands...Iwould never go back Read more
The absolute worst subway I have ever been too. I?m from Canada so idk if this is just a America thing but the workers were dumb... rude. Getting mad at us for for ordering stuff they had to go to the back for. Every single guy there acted like it was therefirst day. They didn?t know how to put sauce on a sub and overloaded sooo badly and finally after we get are food I find a bigpiece of plastic!!! This subway is a disgrace if you r ever in this mall do not go. Management I see the other reviews ofcostumers not pleased with the customer service. I think it time for a change. Oh and btw showed them the plastic and theyshrugged it off and did nothing.
