My iced coffee tasted so sour and bitter that after one sip I obviously threw it away. Only positive is the employees are nice.
The cashier girl was VERY knowledgable and helpful and patient/kind with looking at ingredients to make sure i could enjoy since... im vegan... and they all took care of business quickly for the most part. I waited a little while for my tea but i wasnt in ahurry so it was no problem for me! She knew how much sweetner to put in for me to get the perfect sweetness i was looking for!Great job and great service! Read more

Very friendly Starbucks tucked on the corner of a Courtside Marriot hotel. It is a ?separate? store with several parking spots... (10mins) for Starbucks customer pick up, which is an excellent addition. The staff was extremely friendly, and our drinks weremade correctly. Read more

Have The Clover Coffee Syphon Machine which literally removes 100% Bitterness from your coffee. But retains 100% Flavor... TheStarbucks employees will even bring your drink to you as a courtesy if they are not swamped on the line or swamped at the cashregister. Location is usually very tidy, organized, well cleaned. The local crowd is a very multicultural diverse crowd, somequiet, some very social. Both equally nice. College students from over 40 countries work, study, eat, tour, & live here inPittsburgh, P.A. making our city a very stable, hard working city, living the american Dream the best we can.
