I enjoy my time here, most of the time. I'm sad that their hours are reduced and they close at 8 right now due to staffing... shortage. These guys need new staff pronto, their napkin and trash area was a complete sty, with trash peeking out of the top ofthe counter. I understand that isn't their fault when it's as busy as it is, they can't make drinks and clean when orders keepcoming in. Read more
I enjoy popping into Market Square every time I visit home. Contrary to another review, I truly appreciate the fact that this... Starbucks does not automatically remove people simply based on guesses of their housing situation. It's not hard to be a niceperson! I applaud Shai in her ability to navigate rude customers blatantly discriminating against other humans. STARBUCKS IS FOREVERYONE. Baristas were great. No place to sit. It seemed that people experience homeless were just hanging out at all the tables.

Placed mobile order, was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. Waited 20 minutes in store past the 10 minutes, finally had to... leave, no drink, out 5 dollars. Customers who walk in are prioritized and were getting their drinks. Baristas only call outthe mobile orders once and then you have to keep flagging them down to get status. Will never go to this store again. Thisisn?t the first bad experience but I thought I would give them another chance. Never again. Read more
