Almost a joke... At 10:30 am on a Thursday morning my husband and I asked for two black coffees. Keegan, the person behind the... counter, informed us they were out of coffee. The unpreposessing look on this person's face told me they were not joking. Iresponded with, "So Starbuck's is out of coffee?" I was then told it would have to be made. When I said okay, this person juststood staring at me. After a bit, I heard, "You wanna wait?" I said I would. When the coffee was done brewing, nothing happened.I brought it to Keegan's attention that the coffee was done. Without looking at me, Keegan responded with, "I have other thingsto do first." Slow, unattentive service provided by unpreposessing faces. Ordered the Starbucks Christmas Blend coffee only to be told there... was none available (retail bags of the same blend were literally 6 feet away from the cash register). So...we waited, and waitedto purchase 2 cups of Pike Place coffee at Starbucks. Read more

I love that this Starbucks is in Giant Eagle, but I really dont like that you can't use the app points here.
This Starbucks is located inside the Giant Eagle Market District. It's right by the hot foods and bar area. The service is... quick, despite being so busy and the baristas have never gotten my order wrong. They are professional and polite. It's my go-toStarbucks on my lunch break. Read more

I got a green tea Frappuccino and there was carmal coffee in it. I understand that my child was screaming and it was hard to... hear, but it was a simple order. However washing the mixing containers completly is your job. It was one of the most disgustingthings I have drank. If it had been strawberry mix instead of coffee, I would be in the hospital.
