Almost a joke... At 10:30 am on a Thursday morning my husband and I asked for two black coffees. Keegan, the person behind the... counter, informed us they were out of coffee. The unpreposessing look on this person's face told me they were not joking. Iresponded with, "So Starbuck's is out of coffee?" I was then told it would have to be made. When I said okay, this person juststood staring at me. After a bit, I heard, "You wanna wait?" I said I would. When the coffee was done brewing, nothing happened.I brought it to Keegan's attention that the coffee was done. Without looking at me, Keegan responded with, "I have other thingsto do first." Slow, unattentive service provided by unpreposessing faces. Ordered the Starbucks Christmas Blend coffee only to be told there... was none available (retail bags of the same blend were literally 6 feet away from the cash register).
