First time had to wait 30 mins then had to cancel it, they said had a big... order were behind the schedule, today again a line of million people, one of the espresso machines are down, had to cancel myorder after 30 mins. I ordered online here to grab a drink. One of the employees was incredibly rude and yelled at me. Another employee was... incredibly kind and opened a door for me. I would highly suggest you only shop at this place if you have to. If not, shop at anumber of nearby coffee shops. Read more
They have a happy hour every Thursday, as well as in many other Starbucks, with registration. Nice peaceful place, not too... little or too many people. Good costumer service. The drinks ended out great, and me and my friends had a great time. Read more
Tiny coffee shop in the galleria. The service is slow and the baristas seem pissed off. I use the app for my order which take... place anywhere from 6-7am and I still have to wait. The app indicates my order is ready yet when I arrive i have to stare at myorder from behind the counter. What's the point of the app if I can't walk in and grab my order that I've already paidfor?! The baristas repeatedly make app orders wait until they finish helping customers who are in line. LEAVE OUR ORDERS ONTHE BAR WHERE WE CAN PICK UP OURSELVES. I'd think the residents of Mt. Lebanon are responsible enough to grab their coffee andnot run off with someone else's. STARBUCKS in the Virgina Manor shops does just this and are much friendlier. Read more
