We had an Uber Eats delivery. I paid a little extra for fried rice. It was not fried rice. It looked like brown rice. I ordered shrimp chow mein, a shrimp roll and shrimp toast. The appetizers were very good but the shrimp chow mein was literally... shrimp, shaved celery and onion. There is no recipe where that's chow mein and it's intentionally deceptive. I also paid theadditional fees to order this through Ubereats which is even more frustrating. The restaurant lied and said I was describing lomein. Even a simple Google search shows "What is the difference between shrimp lo mein and shrimp chow mein? Both dishes useegg noodles, but shrimp chow mein uses specific chow mein fried noodles, while lo mein uses noodles that are boiled. The entree had great taste and great value, with a large portion size for the... price. --- Entree: Eggplant Tofu Price: $10 Weight: 787 grams (entree) Taste: 4/5 Definitely a restaurant that serves one ofthe better Chinese eggplant dishes in the Pittsburgh area. The sauce is sweet, savory, and just about the right consistency.Tofu is cooked well and goes along deliciously with the sauce. Eggplant taste is also on-point and blends deliciously with theoverall entree. Docking minor points because the texture of the eggplant was a little too mushy but overall much better thancomparable dishes in the area. Value: 5/5 At $10 this dish is a superb value.
