I have been wanting to try this pizza forever based on the rating on Google. It didn't disappoint. I tried the Round pizza,... square pizza and cheesy bread sticks. All were phenomenal. Round pizza had great sauce and chewy crust. Square was a solid crustthat was perfect thickness. This is the first time I found a place that my whole family agreed on. I?m in town from South Florida for a week with my 4 year old son for the Steelers game this Sunday. We were feeling lazy (he... was) and decided to stay in for the night tonight. I looked online and saw this place and decided to give them a try afterlooking at their menu and pictures. I had to get on here and give them a review even after calling them as well. Their pizza wasdelicious and mouth watering. We got a large pepperoni and mushroom. It was so cheesy and so fresh. Perfectly made with thesauce. I just couldn?t help but scarf down 3 pieces right away. My 4 year old picky son even ate 2 pieces and it?s not easy toplease this kid at all. The perfect cherry on top was the excellent customer service. The guy on the phone was so genuinelypleasant and friendly. The delivery was so fast. The girl who delivered it was also a friendly person. This is the kind of placethat needs recognition. I am so full and satisfied. I highly recommend this place of business. If I decide to have another pizzabefore we leave, I will 100% not waste my time and go with anybody else. I don?t have time to experiment when I know what I?mgetting with this place. I have been coming here for over 25 years and I think it's some of the best pizza in Pittsburgh. You can get a full delicious... lunch for about $6. I can't imagine why you wouldn't leave here happy. I prefer the junior Neapolitan with pepperoni andmushrooms but my husband can't resist the hamburger Hoagie and is always happy when I bring one home. Both have a nostalgicflavor and I don't bother getting pizza anywhere else. No canned mushrooms here either! Read more
We ordered uber-eats from Sciulli's. It is some of the very best pizza I have had in Pittsburgh. We ordered a pepperoni sicilian... and breadsticks which came with garlic butter on them. It was all delicious. It took a few years but we finally found am amazingpizza place. Read more
Bring cash or your atm card. The dough was out of this world. This recipe is a refined art, from the right flavor in the cheese... and the perfect bite in the sauce that isn't too acidic. Great prices, great value, and the shop was full of locals so youknow it's a gem. Read more
A little disappointing after reading all the reviews. I got the junior with sardines and mushrooms. Service was fast, cheap,... and pizza was fresh but the overall taste was lacking. Cheese didn't really taste of anything but salt and stretchy goo, saucewas very thin + unnoticeable, and crust was a very thick, unseasoned loaf. The ambiance was super chill though with the sportsmemorabilia, wooden panels, and old Italian guy - felt very nostalgic in a neighborhood joint way. Wanted pizza so we stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Never been there and we ordered the 4 cut Sicilian. We easily could have... gotten 2 pieces to share between the 2 of us, the pieces were huge and very good. We also got 2 20 Oz pops and our bill was $11. Great food, great prices and I love the old atmosphere in the shop. Definitely will be Made a 2nd visit and it was just asgood as the last time.
