Took my daughter to Olive Garden (in McIntyre Square) for her birthday. Our waiter Thomas gave us exceptional service. He was... hands down the best waiter we've ever had! He is very attentive, kind, and always checks to make sure you're happy with theservice you're getting. I don't leave many reviews, but his fantastic service deserves recognition. We met family there for a memorial lunch after visiting my Dad's grave site. My niece had called ahead so they had a table ready... for us when we got there. My family and I came in to eat tonight around 6:00 with a reservation of 4( I was the boisterous one of the group)and I just... wanted to applaud the gentlemen that waited on us. I wish I could remember his name, but he was very personable! Whoever broughtout our food was absolutely hilarious and we had a lovely exchange about cheese . He was teasing me about having an addiction tocheese and we were all cracking up. Both of those gentlemen are really great at what they do and are excellent in customerservice! I love going out to eat and having fun, charismatic staff members who are just clearly enjoying their jobs. ???? When my family and I go here, even though no one drinks alcohol, we always sit at a table in Jay's section in the bar. He's... friendly, attentive and we never have any problems with him. My only complaint is that the desserts are small for the price youpay. Read more

Jay is the best bartender there. I have been there several times and only ask for him, if he is not there I will leave. I have... been there several times, But Jay makes sure you are okay. Ordered catering for 25 last Thursday for this Tuesday. The ordering over the phone was smooth, payment processed promptly with... no issues. I pulled into curbside and was able to seamlessly get the order and be on my way. With the world being short staffedI appreciate olive gardens kindness and promptness.
