Excited that this is closer to my apartment than Oishii Bento in Oakland. Menu overlaps but is smaller, so I wasn't able to get... my favorite teriyaki bowl, but I'd been meaning to try some others so it's cool. Just as the menu overlaps, so does the qualityand quantity of the bowls. Packed with ingredients, good meat portion, not dependent on rice for volume. One nit might be thatthe bulgogi could've used more sauce since the bowl got dryer the farther down I went. Definitely a go-to for some Asiancomfort food, but might still end up trekking to Oakland for the larger menu. Read more
This place is neat. And looks just like the ones in Japan. Their menu has something for everyone! And the food, oh my gawd is it... good! We had the raw salmon bowl. Vegetqble tempura and the tempura shrimp bowl and we about died of happiness. Will definitelybe going again and recommend to all my people. Read more
I be quick. This restaurant is now in my Top 5! Food is amazing, great portions, nice quick service and a friendly atmosphere.... We purchased 2 bowls and 2 sides with 2 drinks. Left full and satisfied. We will be back again to try something new. Read more
The food and the environment here is really enjoyable. I?m not sure if this location opened before or during the pandemic, but... my partner and I checked it out a couple months ago and we both really enjoyed our food. From the look of the menu, you can?t gowrong. Read more
It deserves it's name - delicious! They definitely do what they do super well. If you really like sauce on your food, you should... ask for extra - but they clearly make fantastic delicious food which is done perfectly. Would go again. Read more
We stopped by Oishii Donburi in the middle of a rainstorm; the power went out several times while we were there! The restaurant... is small and modern. The cashier was extremely helpful and when we had questions about the menu items he showed us photos ofthe items we were asking about. We settled on the Ebi Katsudon Donburi and the Curry Katsudon, which was pork cutlet, rice, andcurry. Both meals were delicious! The portions were large and I left with enough for another meal. We also tried two of theirimported beverages, the Mango Calpico and the Jasmine Green tea. Both were tasty although the Mango drink was pretty sweet. Read more
We were looking for a place for a good meal and found it at Oishii Donburi. Between my friends and I, we had the Takoyaki and... Calamari for appetizers. Both were tasty but the calamari was a little overdone. For our mains we had the Sakedon and CurryKatsudon they were very flavorful and filling. Overall this is a good spot for a quick bite for a decent price. Read more
