Probably the worst local McDonald's you can go too.. the staff have 0 manners they are more focused on laughing and having a... good time then doing their jobs. Alot of inappropriate conversations, terrible service, slow and very unsanitary. do yourself afavor skip this place. Read more

We ordered at the drive thru. After a long wait at the window, the worker asked us to pull into spot 1 as they were waiting on... fresh fries. Every car after us went through quickly, and I doubt they all had orders without fries. After a few more minutes ofwaiting we went inside for our order. We finally received it 30 minutes after we ordered because they "lost" it. We left, butwent back in when we noticed the Happy Meals were missing toys and sauce. The "manager" India proceeded to make fun of us andcall us names for trying to fix our order. Read more

One of the best experiences ever at a McDonald?s. Kim, the manager in training, was just wonderful! The power went out in our... neighborhood and we decided to go for a late night drive. Kim & the rest of the staff treated us with such kindness. She?s thebest!! Read more

Worst experience at McDonalds! Ordered ahead and paid on mobile app already. Then when I arrived at the restaurant for pick up,... the doors were shut while they were still operating, no staff was responding, not even responding at the speaker ofdrive-through. The drive through line moved incredibly slow, literally nobody was taking orders at the speaker. They just letyou keep waiting! 40 MINUTES later, I eventually talked to them! Guess what, they said they never received my order in theirsystem. Well, I showed them my mobile app confirmation page, ans asked them if they could remake the order for me. They answeredme no that I need to pay again and go through the drive-through line AGAIN. They didn?t apologize but trying to lay that blameon me? What the hell was that all about?! Staff were very rude and unprofessional, complaining, cussing each other in front ofme. Couldn?t imagine what kind of training the staff were given, obviously there was no management at all there. Felt beingdeceived and fooled as a customer, this was like a bad joke. I would never visit this store again to get starved and mistreatedlike this, and would tell my friends not to visit! Read more

I'm sure it's hard to find employees that care about their jobs at a fast food establishment. So our expectations from places... such as this have sunk way down. But the the drive thru staff should at least say "hello". Read more

I went with some of my coworkers for a little coffee break. We were told to order on their new kiosk. Yet, when we were waiting... for our order we were told very rudely that we needed to give the lady our coffee orders. I've never seen so much attitude outof one person. The blatant disrespect and sarcasm had me speechless, that someone would be so upset over nothing. I understandeveryone has a bad day but wow this was just ridiculous! I wish I could rate this a ZERO, but truly just shocking how rude thislady was. I didn't get her name but people need to learn how to treat people with respect! Read more
