Poor service at the counter just like every other store of this franchise owner. As usual the counter person did not listen... carefully to what was requested and the intention of the order to purchase the promotional breakfast items, it took 3 attemptsto straighten out the order. As a stock holder I am going to make sure corporate in Chicago knows about the ongoing problemsthat this franchise holder has relative to the inferior employees she hires. Read more
It was a nice experience though the cashier seemed confused and was trying to handle the more than one customer at the same... time, he gave me the feeling that he was trying to steal my food. If they just give security video still nice, though. Inotified the manager on shift. Read more
Worst experience ever! Go thru the drive thru where it is double laned. Our lane completely ignored. Then they screw up a drink... and our kids folded egg. Forgot the cheese. Instead of remaking the order when I complained they added cold cheese on to barelywarm eggs. Let?s just say my kid didn?t eat them. The excuse of understaff is not a cure all for poor service. Took 30 min in drive thru I thought the guy is in the car behind me was found to shoot someone he was so mad. My burger looked... like someone sat on it fries were cold. I maybe eat this once a year . And for $14.00.. Never say never.. Never Read more
I did not end up eating here. This place does NOT have a ?gym? as indicated in the Google photos. Met a friend with a young... child for coffee but had to go to a different location. And this was AFTER the difficult-to-enter parking lot situation. Pleaseremove the photo of the ?gym? that does not exist. Read more
