New definition of fast food. Took 30 minutes to get meals for 3 people. Maybe due to 2 employees in waiting area talking instead... of working. Oh, and they were not on a break. Just walking around chatting with customers. Read more
The breakfast shift is awesome. They are efficient even with a long line and remember repeat orders day to day. You're greeted... with a smile! I should say the lady doing breakfast is awesome because she's taking orders, payment and handing out meals! Read more
I ate there yesterday. They messed up my order. I called and was told to come back. I went back at lunch time today and was... talked to rudely and told there was nothing he could do. The guy said they send coupons but wouldn't even give me them. I'llnever eat here again. I'll go to the other one right down the road. They're much nicer there anyways. Read more
For years, I have occasionally gone through the drive-thru of this McDonald?s. During my recent visit, I waited several minutes... for employees to take my order and to hand over my food. I do understand that this restaurant probably needs to hire moreemployees in this challenging economy. The recent two employees correctly processed my payment, cooked my food, and packaged myfood. We came in to get my son a happy meal after his MRI down at Childrens Hospital. I just want to let you know Oscar went above and... beyond. He was super friendly, talked to my son, and hard worker. After we got our food he even said if there?s anything elseyou need please let me know. He has wonderful customer service skills!! Will be returning to this location because of him. Woman to take our payment was super nice, complimented me on my car and how it smelled nice. Gentleman who took our order was... super rude. We would say something else we wanted to order and he would be like "okay is that it?" Every single time. It soundsrude and it is rude. He kept saying "what?" Sheet everything we said. They recently are not allowing in house dining and I had a mobile order to be picked. I went inside and to my surprise I was... told to come through the drive through. We went in line and when we were at the counter, they said they do not have my order.Surprising isn?t ? But more irritating when you are hungry as hell. There is no option to cancel/edit order and the manger couldnot help as well. GOD knows how will I get a refund. And today I ordered a Sausage McMuffin without Sausage (I am a vegetarian)and was surprised again (checkout the uploaded pics). Pathetic Friday it seems. Read more
One worker had her long hair undone hanging over her shoulders while dealing with the food. She also had poor customer service... skills... she acted like it put her out to wait on people or even speak to them. Food was cold and burgers were patheticallysmall and hard, drink was messed up.
