My experience here was one that I?ve never before encountered. I pulled up to the drive through to get a quick bite before my... brothers graduation ceremony. I get to the intercom and the staff was very rude. I asked for the price of items and the staffreplied in a very sharp and condescending tone ? our prices are listed? I reply okay ?how much will 2 sliders with fries and adrink be? she replied again ?our prices ate listed? I said ? They closed over 30 mins before they should have with nothing saying why, they had the back door open and when I tried to get... help I was met with hostility. Looks like another KFC that will eventually be closed down which is sad. I was sent for an online order and get there around 45... minutes or more before closing time. The doors are locked so I go to the drive thru. After a while no one answers, I pull up tothe window. There are two Men that are working, They notice me several times but continue to ignore me and go about theirbusiness. I call their number, no answer. Several more minutes ago by and I see a Woman who I assume is the evening Manager andShe sees me. I motion to Her and show Her that I have an order on my phone. She takes Her good old time and finally unlocks thewindow. She nonchalantly said just to cancel the customers order like it was nothing, I said that all they had to do was tell methat they decided to close up early and she tells me that the Men that are working there are "slow" and that it's not their jobto acknowledge customers or tell Her anything. She had a condescending attitude and the way She used disabled People as anexcuse for Her neglectful behavior rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up having to explain this to my waiting customer andapologizing for this Woman's behavior. There were no other customers there accept for another car that pulled up behind meafter I was waiting there a while. I won't be picking up orders at this location anytime soon. Read more
We ordered 8 piece meal which came with 4 biscuits and 2 large sides. We got the mashed potatoes and gravy and the macaroni and... cheese. Ordered at drive thru, paid and received food within 5 minutes!! Polite and pleasant guy at window. Food was very goodand hot! Read more

Paid over $10 for a 3 piece meal that was really bad around 4:30pm today. Went thru the drive through. Chicken was dried out... like it had been sitting out all day. Biscuit went right into the trash - was hard as a rock. If I lived closer I?d have drivenright back for a refund. Read more
