I order from Jimmy Johns more than I?d like to admit. Today I ordered a lunch meal that included a rock-hard oatmeal raisin... cookie. I called to request a refund on the cookie and was transferred to a manager who said she can?t refund me. She said I?dhave to either take a credit or get a new cookie delivered to me. I explained that I didn?t want a new cookie and I just wantedmy money back. She then said she would transfer me to regional manager. I was totally shocked and hung up because I didn?t havetime to waste. Now that I reflect on the past issues, they always want to give more food and never refund anything. On top ofthat, when you get something delivered, if you don?t tip them ahead of time, they make you meet them at the door and demand atip in exchange for your food. This place is just ghetto. Good sandwiches. But the lack of friendly service was noticeable. We are west coast people, is this an east coast thing??
Food is half decent but after traveling along way to get there you are not allowed to go to the bathroom, doesn't work for... seniors !!! Sad after 15 years of eating there. As of March 2022 you can eat in and if you make a purchase can use thebathroom, makes thing better !!! Read more
Great sandwiches as Always however I had trouble with the promo code of buy 1, get the 2nd for 50% off even I tried the app... first then login to the website but neither worked so I ordered my usual 2 little John's with Jimmy mustard and oil/vinegar onthe side because you never if they are going to put too much on or not enough so I do it for myself as always. Just like they say, eerily fast delivery and even faster if you eat there. Very consistent, fresh ingredients, definitely don't... skimp on the good stuff *cough*Subway*cough* and don't shy away from giving their sandwiches some kick with flavor! Staff isno-nonsense, but not rude or cold -- they're freaking busy hustling out sammiches! A great go-to when you want somethingreliable & inexpensive on the fly or otherwise. Read more
