Me and my family went here the other day the guy working there was by himself. He was awesome. I didn?t catch his name. He had... blonde hair and glasses. we didn?t know what to get so he helped us figure out our sandwiches which was really nice of him. Mykids liked the signs I like the fact that he made our sandwiches really fast and when we was walking in I saw him clean in thetables which I appreciate because I knew the store was clean. Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. First time I've ever been to this chain and won't return based on the attitude from the... workers and the quality. The subs were mediocre- were missing ingredients that were advertised for them. Clean napkins were lefton my table, which is fine I get it someone was being nice so I also left what was left of the pile and a worker yelled frombehind the counter " honey you can't leave those napkins you need to throw them away" . Don't call me honey it's degrading,second I tried explaining they were there and he proceeded to give me attitude that it's my responsibility to clean up. Uhmexcuse me sir but none of the tables were wiped in between customers using them and second of all you lost my business . I getit I work retail and people have gotten fed up with how things are now but that doesn't mean I the customer who gave no backlashshould put up with your condescending attitude while people like me are helping you have a job! My personal favorite is the #9 with hot peppers and a side of Kickin Ranch. If you haven?t tried the Kicken Ranch you?re missing... out!! Make sure to check out the Catering options too while you?re there. Jimmy Johns is a great option when it comes tocatering events. Absolutely love Jimmy John's! Now the atmosphere is not fantastic it's kind of plain as a matter of fact. But their food is... really good! Love that they have lettuce wraps. If you're a gluten-free that's the best way to go! A lots of choices with meatand cheeses and what you'd like on your your lettuce wrap or bun. They also sell an individual pickle that is a garlic kosherdill pickles, I would say. Very good. And the price is not bad. You can get out of there for $10 if you don't buy a drink.Definitely will go back there many times. Read more
I love Jimmy Johns, BUT!! They put one in Robinson Twp, very close to my home 2.2 Miles to be exact. The Food is great, always... nice service. Here's the down side. Unless you live pretty much across the street they will not deliver to you. They said theythere cut off point is Ridge Road. Which is pretty much my Cross Street just near Settlers Cabin and the Wave pool. They willonly Deliver within a 1 1/2 mile radius basically. Said "Its a Time Issue". I don't care about time, I want a sandwich. Itstruly a shame, Because I really do love there food, and the people are very nice. Very Disappointed! Read more
