Ordered cookie delivery to my daughter. They never arrived; they never called her to say your food is here. I called and IC said... she could come and pick them up. She walked down and they told her they had nothing for her, that someone had already pickedthem up. Kind of embarrassing! The worst ice cream sundae I?ve ever had. The inept young woman behind the counter struggled to explain what a Cookie Butter... Bomb sundae was, then she followed that up by struggling to make the godawful sundae, which she put the wrong topping on(last Ichecked Snickers isn?t cookie dough), and she finished the trifecta by struggling to ring it up. I paid close to $20 forgarbage, because that?s where it ended up. Never again, this place is a dump. Read more

When you actually get cookies they are delicious. But forget delivery, it either takes HOURS or the new low today I get a text... that our order was delivered when it wasn't. And the person that answered the phone at the store said oh that's how it is... noit isn't. She asked me to wait another 10 minutes and if no delivery call back. So I wait 20 minutes, still no delivery, I callback and ask for a refund and get an attitude for doing so and no confirmation of a refund. No response to customer serviceonline. Cookie'wich with White Chocolate Macadamia one side, Chocolate Chunk the other, and vanilla ice cream was delicious. They... heated the cookies so they were warm and soft. Great flavor. Friendly staff! Read more
Insomnia cookies, sleeping on the job. I ordered 5 cookies and some milk for the kids. After 45 mins waiting I called the store... and they told me the order was in transit. After another 45 mins, I called again and they told me they were just leaving thestore. . . . ? Finally, I get an email telling me that the order was cancelled and I was going to charged. Thank you fornothing. If you're reading, just go elsewhere and save the disappointment. Read more
