We had a severe food allergy that we needed to accommodate. Gluten free for my Celiac mother and daughter. The most important... criteria in choosing a caterer was finding someone willing to take us on! lol Anna was outstanding in her efforts to make ourfood safe! Gaetano's is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a full menu. I popped by to pick up a Zucchini Parm for lunch, which... was DELICIOUS! The portion was a nice size so I have some for dinner as well. The food was still hot and delicious when I gothome and I had everything I needed to enjoy. The staff was great, everyone was masked, the place was clean and safe. Previouslythey did mainly banquets, catering and events which they are amazing at. I've used their catering for work several times and hada few showers at the restaurant in the past so keep them in mind for events as well. There is plenty of space. Read more
