Terrible Customer Service , The guy working today over the phone had a terrible attitude , all I wanted was a hoagie , he tells... me 40-45 minutes for a 6 inch hoagie , ok I?ll take it . I tell him Thankyou I will be picking it up , he decides to hang up ,there was no you have a good day . This place is extremely prejudice, and lacks diversity they will not deliver to predominantly black neighborhoods, and when... asked why not they just hung up the phone! Ordered online, selected mozz cheese and other toppings. Made the mistake of not checking the food before I left the store, and... when I got home there was no cheese on my pizza. After calling back I was put on hold for 3 minutes and then offered nothing fortheir mistake. Even if the pizza had cheese, it probably still wouldn?t be good. Save your money or take it somewhere thatactually cares about your business and making good food. Read more

Our order was almost 2 and a half hours late even though we're a mile and a half away. Cold, awful. We're very new to the... neighborhood, so we learned our lesson. They refunded the pizza which was ok, but if you're having people over or celebratingsomething, 2.5 hours could ruin plans. Read more
