A nightmare. Waited almost an hour. Fries were overcooked. One drink machine was out of order, the other had no drinks... available besides diet Fanta. No ice either. Ketchup dispensers we're empty. Place was filthy. People waiting to place theirorders walked out in droves , tired of waiting. Even the trash cans were overflowing. Place really went downhill. Read more
This is the fifth Five Guys I've been to. After trying to get to the Oakland location which was too hard to park near on a busy... Friday night, I decided to go downtown to this location. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and chocolate milkshake.Overall it was a reasonably quick and smooth process, restaurant was clean and orderly. Despite being on the menu, I ordered acoffee milkshake only to be told they don't have that flavor and maybe haven't for about a year! Perhaps cover it on the menuafter that long, haha. Fries were great as usual but weren't overflowing in the bag like I've had every time I've gone to theRoss Park Mall location. It truly felt like a 'small' because of that. Burger was good but this is the last time I'll get itwith lettuce. Unlike Wahlburgers which gives a nice green leaf, this was the unpleasant white, hard type of lettuce which isn'tfor me personally. This "Five Guys" is located in "Market Square" in Pittsburgh PA, it offers milkshakes in addition to the other regular stuff the... other places do, otherwise it basically has the usual things you expect at a "Five Guys", granted it can be a lot busier thanmost other locations but it generally gets the orders right and maintains a clean atmosphere, as for anything further you willhave to find out for yourself as I usually just go here when there is something fun going on nearby Read more
The food was good and hot when it came out. They have a really good chocolate shake. The staff was great, but the bathroom was... nasty. The staff took care of it ASAP. I hope my experiences with the food is the same when I go back again. Read more
You can't beat the experience of their burgers and ais air burgers and especially their fries. Polite service, nice environment,... friendly people -- Including customers. Also near Market Square in Downtown. I'll be back for sure. Read more
I live close and been to this place more than 100 times ! It?s clean and the food is always good! Best burger ever.
Burger was good and usual five guys quality but this location is so skimpy on the fries. Nearly $4 for little fries and they... just fill the tiny cup whereas every other five guys fills the cup plus a ton extra in the bag. For that reason I?ll probs skipgoing to this location unless I?m just getting a burger. Read more
The only reason I?m rating a 4 and not 5 is because it is expensive BUT what I?m really here for is to comment on the... service. The service here is exceptional and 5 stars. I was very hungry and had to get something quick to eat and it was lightup night which made the whole block extremely busy and McDonald?s even closed really early so I went to five guys which was verybusy too of course and waited in the line backed up to the door which went fast and then ordered my food. Not even 5 minuteslater did they already have my food out ready to go when it looked as if it would?ve been a nearly 15-20 minute wait. I washappy because I made it back to work on time. Also aside from being speedy, they had the food still fresh and their serviceitself was friendly. This is not the first time I?ve gone in and they were efficient but today I really just had to come andtake time to leave a review cause this is what happens when you are staffed AND trained well!! ????????????????
