If I could give this hookah spot 100 stars I would. I?ve been to many hookah spots in my life & this one does not compare!... ?Popcorn? and his staff are sooo welcoming, friendly, catering and the compliments go on!! Their hookah is perfect with manyflavors to choose from and they are always attentive to refilling coals. Their food is A1 and it?s BYOB. Whether you are lookingfor a chill spot to work during the daytime or party in the evening this is your spot!! They play chill music during the day andturn up at night. TVs too to watch the game. El Layali Cafe has to be best Hookah Cafe Lounge in PA. I been to many Hookah lounges and they all have one theme for their... Lounge but these guys have different areas where you are welcome to seat anywhere. We called in advance and got two tablesoutside in such a beautiful weather and got to enjoy some amazing food we had 2 trays of chicken sharmas and 2 Philly cheesesteak and dozen of wings with Fries. Out of towners that randomly found on this place on google. The reviews were shakey but also from 2 years ago but it was late... (like 11pm on a Wednesday) and we were hungry. My guy and I decided to give it a try and 1) open late which is a bonus 2)really yummy food. We had the hummus as an appetizer and we shared the fried shrimp and chicken kebab and both were excellentand well seasoned plus the sauce they give you on the side is fire! I would have taken a picture but we were too busy gobblingit up. 3) very friendly service from the moment we walked in. Shaq was great and so was Nash our other waiter. The locals werealso talking about how much they frequent this spot for food and hookah so that?s saying something. If you?re in a late nightpinch this place hits the spot.
