This place is more disappointing each time I go. My butter pecan coffee tasted sour, like something was wrong with the syrup.... The cold brew looked more like iced tea and was watered down, and the hash browns came out ice cold and uncooked in the middle.We waited about 20 minutes for our stuff which is insane for what we ordered and given the poor quality. I'd say this Dunkin is a bit below average. One of their kiosk ordering machines was not working properly, but you would not... know it until you tried to actually order with it. So you end up wasting a lot of time. They were pretty busy -- lot of onlineorders I think, so the line in the store was moving pretty slow. Coffee is good. Read more
