Terrible terrible terrible terrible. They all need retrained and restaffed the management is obviously so terrible. The... resturant is dirty and the employees have no sense of urgency. I sent a... comment to DD website and the manager called me and said the cook must have let them in the oven too long. She sent me a coupona month ago. My son and I rushed to get there we were walking. We rushed for apparently no good reason because we got there at 7:47 and all... the lights were out and doors locked. I wasn't the only one either. Right after that car pulled out and tried the door. You'renot going to be open that those hours then update your hours. They SERIOUSLY need to retrain all of their employees or something. Everytime I get a drink with light ice now this girl... purposely leave the whole top unfilled and still gives that same amount of ice. Half the time their coffee tastes bitter andeverytime I get avocado toast from here they don?t toast the bread enough. If you get bagel minis, they?re probably gonna becold. Everyone moves like insanely slow I feel like I?m watching a scene in a show where they?re in slo mo. One time I was in arush and I got in there no one was there and I ordered a drink and avocado toast. Simple right? No. They made my drink in like 3min then made everyone else?s order BEHIND me and then made my avocado toast. I was visibly in a rush. And before handing me myavocado toast this guy says are you okay and I just say yeah and they I pick my food up to leave because mind you, I?m in arush, and he said you sure? It?s hit or miss with this place. Today I got the sweet black pepper bacon, and not a single part of the sandwich was warm. The... cheese was not even melted. Like any other fast food, it can be modified, and I get American instead of cheddar. Sometimes theyput the wrong cheese on it. Read more

To say that I was disappointed with this order is an understatement. I ordered my food via Uber Eats because I am in quarantine.... Half of my order was missing, including hash browns, a donut, and a large iced coffee. The bagel that I did get was burnt, andthe iced latte was made with sugar instead of Splenda like I asked. Sorry, Dunkin'. I'm a Starbucks girl for a reason. Read more
