The chicken tacos tasted great. The beef tacos had a good taste too. Good tortilla chips and queso dip. Made adjustments for... gluten allergy and ask if it's an allergy or preference. They tell you upfront about the potential for cross contamination.Table and walls could have been a little cleaner. Read more
1st time here for my wife and I. We love authentic Mexican food and fortunately we met a couple who were leaving the restaurant... as we were coming into the parking area who gave us a minute of their time to answer some questions and give their opinions. Welove the competition restaurant down the street and we have one in our local area as well. That said we decided to try somethingnew and different so we went in and ordered. We had various tacos, chips and queso, and the beans. Everything had good flavorand we got the corn tortillas which were good also. Overall, we felt it was good food, but not great food. The other things Inoticed that also factored into the 3 stars were the overall uncleanness of the entire front of house and bathroom areas.Windows next to our seats were smeared with child finger and handprints. Condiment bottles looked like they're never wiped downnor the napkin holders. Reaching for a napkin to wipe my mouth was scary! Food remained on the table and chairs left behind fromprevious customers! Overall... Had i known ahead of ordering we would have left but you have to order first. Stopped here for lunch, per my 15 year olds request as she wanted to try a new restaurant. There?s a small parking lot, but we... got in at a good time and found parking and had about a 5 minute wait in line to order. There was several different taco optionsoffered on the menu and some other types of food (quesadillas, chips and dip). I did notice when we first walked in that themusic was a little loud, louder than I?d like it to be. There was indoor and outdoor seating. You placed an order at the counterupon entering and then they delivered the food to your table. We tried the Americano, special of the day (brisket), carnitas,and kids quesadilla. Some of the food was placed at the counter and I had placed an order to go and asked for the food to beseparated so it was good for travel. I did ask in advance if the food could be Separated for travel and they confirmed. The foodwe order and ate at the restaurant was good. I ordered two tacos with a side of chips and salsa for $10. I think the value forthe amount of food was good. The food we took home was good, but the tortilla was the only thing separated so the food had to bewarmed with lettuce and sour cream on it (not our preference, but we made do). I would def go back and try other items on themenu or get the same thing I ordered the first time. Read more
Greeted straight away by the happy person taking orders. Ordered the box of tacos deal, 1 carnitas and 1 fish with chips and... queso. The portion size is big and taste is great with fresh ingredients. The carnitas were a hit as had great bbq flavor andvery juicy. The queso is also very good. Atmosphere inside and outside is vey cool and has a nice vibe. Overall a must try, wewill be back to try other menu items. Read more
Excellent! The Tacos were so good. Soft corn shell so it doesn?t break apart when you take a bite and you don?t have to eat with... your head at a 90 degree angle! Cool atmosphere. Good and quick service. Read more
We wanted to eat outdoors somewhere as we were driving north out of Pittsburgh this past Sunday, especially since it was a... beautiful evening. The ambience is artsy and welcoming, especially with the patio fires and the string lights. Our varioustacos (fish, chicken and beef) were tasty, as was the chai frozen margarita and draft beer. The service was very friendly andfast. My only disappointment: choco tacos are on the menu board but weren't available. Read more
The staff was very friendly. The tacos were very good. The decor was nice inside but could have used a little love with regards... to cleaning (windows, baseboards).
