My kids really wanted to try this location. Before arriving I envisioned one teenage employee behind the counter, completely in... the weeds and a line of customers. In spite of the many poor reviews, our experience was quite the opposite. There were threeemployees behind the counter who were very good at their job. This location has good ice cream options and they are tasty . This location always does not have waffle cones.
People in line ordering, arrived at 8:48pm with a sign on the door stating the hours of operation are until 10pm. This was also... confirmed with Google. Upon entering, a somewhat annoyed server informed us that they?ve actually been closed for sometime, butshe has yet to lock the door and she would not be serving us. I?m shocked the tip jar had anything in it. She must have neededto head out for Friday night. Also, we watched about 4 others get turned away and look at the sign on the door and check theirphones. I walked into the store at 9:10 witnessing a person having an order done only to be told the store was closed. I understand if... your store closes at 9 but you should have the Door closed. And its one thing if you stay til 9;05 but not 9:10 and working onsomeone else's order to turn people down. Read more
Went here today at 9:48pm. They close at 10 and when we walked inside we stood there for 2 minutes in line and then another... group walked in behind us. The man behind the counter making ice cream then said we closed and only the people in front of uscould get served because they were there before they closed. Remember they close at 10 so they were still open at 9:50pm. Theyeven had the open sign still on and door unlocked as pictured here with lots of people still inside. Read more
